Photos from Mexican Hat, UT and Flagstaff, AZ

p1000738 This past week saw Thanksgiving come and go, and I spent my glorious days away from work traveling down south to Mexican Hat, UT, and to Flagstaff, AZ to visit my friend Sarah. Thanksgiving morning saw me waking up to sub-freezing temperatures outside of Moab, and after a few hours driving south, the temps had warmed up enough to give a run up a new desert tower: Mexican Hat. After that great start to a holiday, I finished off the drive to Flagstaff where I found plenty of yummy food and good times waiting for my a la casa de mi buen amigo, Doug. A few days of super-good chilling down in AZ with my good friend Sarah and then an uber-long drive back Sunday night rounded out the weekend.

Oh, and I found time for a new summit besides Mexican Hat on this trip too! :)

Happy Thanksgiving y’all!
